We build simple systems for follow- through and self-advocacy right away. This is where families typically see the first shift: less friction at home, more ownership from their teen.
Weeks 3-4:
Building the Skills That Stick
Now we go deeper: executive function tools, communication with teachers, and professors, and practicing the self-advocacy conversations your teen will need in college. Confidence starts to compound here.
Week 5-6:
College-Ready Independence
We pressure-test everything against real college scenarios -managing a syllabus, living semi-independently, handling setbacks without a parent stepping in). By the end, your teen doesn't just have a plan. They BELIEVE they can follow through on it.
